PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Florida Property Developments has been responsible for wide variety of development projected including the building of all types of commercial, including both urban and in-fill multi-family, low-density and high-density.

In a project management role we coordinate and supervise the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, working with owners, engineers, architects, and others who are involved in the construction process, making sure that the project gets done on time and within budget.

Under our project oversight process, we will evaluate the contractor construction delivery systems to ensure the most cost-effective plan and schedule for completing the project is followed. All coordination between contractors and architects required at the construction level will result in logical processes and steps to meet the time required for established deadlines.

We also oversee the selection of general contractors and trade contractors to complete specific pieces of a project - which could include everything from structural engineering to title selection and certificates of occupation.
